Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 day from the time they are placed until they are shipped.

If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, processing will begin on the following Monday.

We strive to prepare and ship your order promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days from the time it is shipped, depending on the destination. For instance, orders shipped to addresses near our facility in Florida may arrive within 1-2 days, while those shipped to California may take the full 4 business days for standard ground shipping. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress and estimated delivery date.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays observed by shipping carriers or unforeseen events like carrier errors or weather conditions. This applies to all carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others. We are not responsible for delays outside of Padel Smash operations.
